Who we Are Hi and welcome to SFN Direct Online. This section is where you can get to know more about SFN - how we started, who does what etc. We hope you find it interesting! By the way, SFN stands for Savers Fashion Net ;-) Meet the Team Nitan: Hi, I'm Nitan and I am the CEO of SFN. I do all the 'back-end' work involved with bringing you the best products at the best prices. I make the decisions with input from Savita (our buyer and promoter) and make sure that what you're buying looks good and is in fashion. No product gets on our site, without it passing my high standards, so you can rest assured that anything you buy from us will be a quality item. Savita: I'm Savita and I am the buyer and manager of SFN. I also do a lot of the 'back-end' work. My work often takes me to fashion shows and manufacturers all over the world to find just the right thing for all our customers. I help Nitan with making key decisions and keep close tabs on fashion trends. I'm responsible for bringing you the latest funky clothing you see around here - I hope you like it! Vebbz: I'm Vebbz, and I manage all the technical happenings on SFN Direct Online. My job is fun, creative and always a challenge - thats what makes it so great. The site you see here was designed by yours truly, and most of the photography was done by me too! I also handle a bit on the buying side, but technical stuff is my real strength. My job is work and play all rolled in to one, so the fun never ends! ENJOY the new site! SK: I'm SK, and I do the administration around SFN Direct Online. I make sure that we dont over-sell items (or sell too little!) and deal with the returns and exchanges along with my collegues. My work is definitely tough, as dealing with problems is always hard - luckily there are very few with SFN! I'm always happy to help! Our History and What we Do SFN Direct was set up in 1998 as a ladies clothes shop in a small market town, near Leeds, UK. Our freindly service, original products and constant low prices made us popular with the locals fast and we soon developed a regular clientel. In fact, things started going so well that in 2000, we expanded to a new shop, nearly 5 times the size of the old one (we kept the old one too!). In 2001 we decided to close the old, smaller shop so we could concentrate on the bigger one. We decided that we wanted to offer even better quality products at lower prices. This dream led us to sourcing, as we searched the world (literally!), to find the best products at the best prices for our customers. Luckily we had the expertise of Savita and Nitan, who made this dream into reality, and we were able to offer our customers amazing fashion items at great prices. From then on, we have grown further and expanded into jewellery and fashion accessories! We would really like to thank all the customers of SFN Direct who have helped us achieve so much in so little time. It has been great, and we're sure it will continue to be! Thank you. |
